This week there are some great deals at Reasor's and Food Pyramid. Remember- you can take these ads into Wal-Mart and have them price match. The only things this week that wouldn't get matched are the Best Choice brands and probably the baby carrots from Reasor's because Wal-Mart doesn't carry those brands.

Best Choice Frozen Vegetables- $1
Green Bell Peppers- $0.59 each
these were $0.89 each last time I was in Wal-Mart
Variety Fresh Leaf Lettuce- $1
Baby Carrots- $1/lb
Buy a bunch of packages and cook and puree it to throw in stew, spaghetti sauce or mac & cheese
Organic Baby Carrots- $1.69/lb

Use coupons here for $0.50- $0.75 off
$1.37-$1.12 per box!
Granny Smith Apples- $0.99/lb
Green Bell Peppers- $0.49 each
*better price than Reasor's if you're going to price match at Wal-Mart

Organic Baby Carrots- $1.29/lb
*the ad doesn't show a brand so you could price match these at Wal-Mart with no problem and it's cheaper than Reasor's price!
Baking Potatoes- $0.69/lb
these are usually $0.89/lb at Wal-Mart
Best Choice Boneless, Skinless Chicken 3lb bag- $4.99
That's $1.66/lb for individually frozen chicken breasts
Tyson Fresh Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast- $1.99/lb
*this could be price matched at Wal-Mart
Farmland Bacon- 2 for $5
this is usually $3.25 or so at Wal-Mart

You know, I saw a lady use another store flyer on a product at Walmart and it wasn't the same brand. I even asked the clerk about it. And, if I remember correctly if they don't have that particular brand it can be used on the store brand?!? You might check that to be certain but I was shocked they honored a different brand that what she was showing in the flyer.
